Concerts in the Park – Heartland

Heartland will close out the 2025 Concerts in the Park season on Wednesday, August 20 with a live performance at Lion’s Park. Hosted by the Plainfield Recreation Department and Senior Center, this final summer concert wraps up a season of weekly community gatherings and strong local turnout.

Heartland blends country, Americana, and roots rock into a setlist that appeals to a wide audience. Their music draws from both current country radio and classic storytelling traditions, offering something familiar and something new. It’s a sound that fits perfectly in an outdoor park setting and connects with people looking for a relaxed, end-of-summer evening.

As with all concerts in the series, admission is free. Music starts at 6:00 PM and ends by 7:30 PM. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, arrive early, and help us send off this year’s summer lineup with a strong finish.
